走在記憶和嚮往的雙向路途

城市琴人：Daniel Powter

話說第一次聽到他的歌曲，是在運動會中午休息時間，大家都會吃著(好多)好料的外食，然後坐在教室地板上聊天，用電腦聽歌和唱歌~第一次聽到的是Free Loop，當下馬上抓住同學，問她是誰唱的、什麼歌?然後我就認識了Daniel Powter這個人。

其實雖然喜歡英文，但是可能是對西洋音樂知識淺薄吧，一直沒有很喜歡的樂團或歌手，大概只有會唱古典的莎拉布萊曼或是Celin Dion和一些老歌(?)(ex:Beatles'songs)因為我很不喜歡那些類似美式動感的歌曲~心臟都快要跳出來了(還是我誤會了，因為在台灣有名的都是這些勁歌熱舞的...)，聽到的大概只有節奏沒有旋律的美。

But，Daniel Powter超不一樣的，他的歌聽起來怪舒服的，除了Free Loop和紅透半邊天的Bad Day，我覺得Best of Me也超讚的啦。話說他的音樂生涯也有點曲折，人果然還是要有對的時機才能出頭天(這讓我想到國中國文課本的一篇文章，在說Michael Jordan以前很矮、不被看好的時候，還是努力練球，等到他開始長高後他就能風靡球場)，但在出頭天的時機來到之前，還是要有一番耕耘，也就是隨時為機會做好準備(!)
